PLANNING YOUR PROJECT.
If you have never had building work done before, you may be wondering where to start? Here at Ashcott Projects we can discuss & guide you through this process, we can recommend trusted professionals who are able to provide you with detailed drawings & structural calculations and much more to get your project started.
QUOATES & ESTIMATIONS.
We will then go through your plans and discuss your finishes so we can start to build up a quote. Our quotes can be based on your budget or level of finish. We can either quote for a shell and then handing it back to you to finish it yourselves, or we can allow for a full renovation of your property.
BUILDING PROCESS.
Whilst the build is underway we will keep you informed every step of the way, we like to keep our clients informed so they know each process of the build and can plan for what's coming next. We will be contactable 7 days a week during the build, and we provide aftercare for any snags that may arise.
TRADES.
After spending over 15 years in the building trade we have built up a wide network of trusted trades people, we can recommend electricians, plumbers, plasterers, roofers this list goes on..., this will ensure that you have the best trades to do the job. We can manage this for you, taking away the stress and pressure of project managing, meaning you will only have to liaise with your Project Manager, Scott or Ashlee.
